I miss Michael.
He’s my cousin. 17 years of age. He left for Basic Training 2 weeks ago. I hope he’s doing okay ‘cause my uncle’s stories make it seem really tough over there. But Mike’s been wanting to join the Army since he was in middle school, so he already knows most of the stuff that goes down, and hopefully he’s handling things well. We haven’t gotten a phone call...
